In the left hand menu, select Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic.
10.46 All-Terrain Vehicle Routes and Regulations
As a reminder:
Dirt Bikes ARE NOT an ATV or UTV.
If a Motor Bike is not registered it IS NOT permitted to be ridden on Town Roads.
Also it is the responsibility of the rider to know the law and follow the safety provisions set forth in them. As the Ordinance has adopted State Statute 23.33(13)(a), The fine for violations of the above mentioned Ordinance is:
$250.00 for the first Violation
$500.00 for a second violation within a two year period
