NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF EAST TROY — AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 12, 2026 immediately following completion of the PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2027 BUDGET at the Town of East Troy Town Hall, a Special Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.12(1)(c) by the Town Board for the following purpose will be held:

  1. Motion to approve the 2027 Sanitary District #3 budget — (only board members and residents of Sanitary District #3 may vote for this budget).
  2. Motion to approve the 2027 Landfill Budget.
  3. Motion to approve the 2026 Tax Levy (to be collected in 2027), pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.10(1)(a).
  4. Motion to Adjourn.
