  1. Call to Order/Roll Call
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Certification of Compliance with Open Meeting Law
  4. Chairman’s Statement Regarding the Purpose of Closed Session
    “The purpose of closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel matters including approving compensation letters, job expectations, training opportunities and proposed Deputy Chief of Police position.”
  5. Motion to Convene in Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c).
  6. Roll Call Vote
  7. Adjourn to Closed Session
  8. Motion to Adjourn Closed Session and Reconvene in Open Session
  9. Roll Call Vote
  10. Reconvene in Open Session for Possible Action on Items Discussed in Closed Session
  11. Discussion and possible action to approve Attorney Mills to provide the ordinance and condition report for Ordinance 2026-23 to Caitlin Owens, Town Clerk, for forwarding to the DNR for required review.
  12. Adjournment
