Amended Agenda:

 Item 5 was amended to include the specific reference to Ordinance 2026-23.

All items listed are up for discussion, consideration, deliberation and possible formal action.

  1. Call to Order/Roll Call
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Certification of Compliance with Open Meeting Law
  4. Discussion and possible action regarding Pay Application No. 6 for the Beulah Heights culvert project.
  5. Discussion and possible action to approve Attorney Mills to provide the ordinance and condition report for Ordinance 2026-23 to Caitlin Owens, Town Clerk, for forwarding to the DNR for required review.
  6. Discussion and possible action regarding review of the proposed 2027 Town Budget prior to publication.
  7. Adjournment
