A SPAM text message claiming to be from the DMV is circulating through the area. This one even reached our very own Deputy Chief. Please delete the message and know that there is no current technology allowing text messages to communicate over due citations in our Town or through the DMV. The Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) sends letters in the mail to communicate with you. They will NEVER request a wire transfer or allow payment through Bitcoin.
