Notice is hereby given that Town Board Chairman Jones will meet with representatives of Lynch on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Town of East Troy Town Hall, N9330 Stewart School Road, East Troy, Wisconsin, to discuss the Beulah Heights Project.

This meeting is for informational and discussion purposes only. Only the Town Board Chairman will be in attendance on behalf of the Town Board. Accordingly, this is not a meeting of the Town Board under Wisconsin's Open Meetings Law, and no Town Board action will be taken.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. The meeting will also be video recorded due to the short notice and daytime meeting schedule so that residents who are unable to attend may view the recording and provide feedback to the Town Board at a future meeting.
