08-07-2026 Beulah Heights Culvert Update-
This Week:

There has been a lot of progress this week.
🚧 Excavation continued.
🚧 More sheeting installed
🚧 Excavation brought to grade (Thursday PM)
🚧 Dirty Water-dewatering (Friday)
🚧 Construction Meeting 8/7: We are proceeding with the third of three options. This option allows for a shorter installation schedule than the other two options. It will involve assembling the culvert on the road and lowering it into place with a crane. This operation will be performed while some water remains in the work area, where the other options would have required complete dewatering and a curing time for cementitious materials. With this option, assembly of the culvert is scheduled to start early next week depending on weather.
📁Dan Meier (Lynch) Andy (RLP) and Craig (DNR) met after the construction meeting. A dewatering plan was agreed upon and will begin Friday.

Next Week:
